Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Covra account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Covra on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorized to bind that agency.

2. The Service

Covra is a CRM tool for licensed life insurance agents to organize leads, schedule follow-ups, and track pipeline activity. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful sourcing of the lead data you upload, and for complying with all applicable regulations (including TCPA, state Do-Not-Call rules, and licensing requirements in the jurisdictions you operate).

3. Subscription and billing

Covra Pro is offered on a monthly subscription at $49 per user per month, billed in advance via Stripe. A valid payment card is required to start your 7-day free trial; the card is not charged during the trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current rate until cancelled. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Governing law: State of Florida, USA.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Trials can be cancelled at any time before they end with no charge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Covra to send unsolicited commercial messages, store data you do not have the right to process, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with other customers' accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your data

You own the lead data you upload. We act as a processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for storage and subprocessor details. You can export your data at any time.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep Covra fast and reliable, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
